Many of us are so busy these days it’s a challenge to find time to workout.  For those of you that live out of a suit case, finding the motivation to workout after a long day of travel, then work, is nearly impossible. Maintaining a workout program on the road  can be done and it can be done at a high level.  All you need is a small piece of equipment and a little self discipline.  Do not let a short business trip ruin your workout regimen.
