The dispute is over repairs the landlord wants the tenets to help pay for. The landlord ask for $50,000.00 to help repair floor. The current lease $1700.00 per month would be increased to $3700.00 per month for 5 years to cover cost of repairs.  The Eastern Market Farmers Restaurant, and The Mootown Ice cream Shoppe recently closed their doors.
