Sinai-Grace has been committed to the city of the Detroit from the start. Considered a community-based hospital, Sinai-Grace has built relationships with neighborhood block clubs, schools and churches to spread good health through a variety of events.
Events include the popular DMC & You classes focusing on pertinent health topics such as Hip and Knee Pain Solutions and Women’s Health with leading hospital physicians in the field. These opportunities provide the community at-large the chance to meet, greet and talk one-on-one with health professionals in an informal setting.
Sinai-Grace strives not only to treat those that come to the hospital but also to educate the community about illness prevention. In addition to events on campus, Sinai-Grace annually attends numerous community meetings, health fairs and presentations to provide screenings, resources and more. These events help Sinai-Grace to connect with the public and gauge what they want and need from a healthcare provider.
Thank you to all who invite Sinai-Grace to their events as a partner in health.
This week, DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital celebrates both National Nurses & Hospital Week. Sinai-Grace is proud of its team of nearly 3,000 employees, physicians and volunteers who help care for more than 100,000 patients every year. We recognize and thank the Sinai-Grace team for the hard work, dedication and compassion that they demonstrate to our community each and every day.
Sinai-Grace Hospital is fortunate to have many super heroes. Meet just a few of them, and learn how they are helping people live happier, healthier lives.
