Just last month, Southfield (Mich.) 2015 safety Dior Johnson earned his first Big Ten and ACC offer, from Illinois and Wake Forest. It was on that day that I said I was willing to bet that they wouldn’t be the last ACC and Big Ten schools to offer him.
Well on late Tuesday evening, Johnson confirmed that he had received another Big Ten offer this time from Indiana, making this his second Big Ten offer.
Want to clarify that I was offered by Indiana University, another B1G offer😬

Johnson’s latest offer from Indiana only enhances his already impressive offer list. Besides his recent offers from Indiana, Illinois and Wake Forest, he also holds offers from Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Eastern Michigan, Miami (OH), Toledo and Western Michigan.
I hate to be redundant but I have to say that Johnson truly is a rising star and it’s nice to see that his offer list is finally starting to match his great talent.
At 6-foot-2, 195-pounds, you can always count on Johnson to walk in with an eager competitive edge. He always looks forward to playing the best and he always welcomes a challenge. On the field, Johnson is an impressive big hitter, who understand how to wrap up his opponent and bring them down. If he catches you in the open field, you better brace yourself, because I can guarantee you that he is going lay a big hit on you. He is just as impressive in coverage, due to his athleticism and solid hands, Johnson has shown the ability to make the big defensive plays in the air.
I don’t know about you but I have no doubt more top-level college football programs are taking notice of him and it will only be a matter of time before he receives more offers.
