Lions running back Joique Bell may have spoiled a team secret about the site of one training camp practice.

On Monday afternoon, Bell tweeted the Lions will hold a practice at Wayne State — his alma mater — on July 30, the third day of training camp.

“Who is all coming to Wayne State On 7/30 for the Lions training camp practice on Tom Adams Field. #WSU we better #TurnUp! #ImComingHome!” Bell tweeted.

The Lions practice at 7:30 p.m. on July 30, one of two night practices during the first two weeks of camp. The other is Aug. 6 at 7:30 p.m. and will be held at Ford Field and open to the public.

The July 30 practice wasn’t listed among the eight open practices, but Bell’s tweet indicates there will be a crowd. The first open practice is Aug. 1 at team headquarters in Allen Park, where the majority of practices will be held.

Two Lions spokesmen did not respond to requests for comment on the Wayne State practice.
