According to Fox 2, he was receiving treatment around 6 p.m. on Wednesday when he escaped. The officer who was assigned to him is said to have stepped out of the room believing Hickman was handcuffed down.  Hickman was last seen wearing a white shirt with burgundy hospital pants. If you see him or have information about his whereabouts call 911. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
