Kanye West is a controversial artist to say the least.
Last night, the rapper debuted two songs on the finale of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” and both performances had us watching in suspense.
First, Yeezy gave a rock-style performance of his never-before-heard track “Black Skinhead.” As he screamed into the microphone, images of political ads and slogans flashed on the screen behind him.
For the second performance of the night, the 35-year-old hit the stage with his latest single “New Slaves.” The live show didn’t stray too far from the track’s visuals, which he released just a day before.
According to reports, Kanye titled his upcoming album Yeezus, and if you ask us it sounds really close to Jesus.
Girlfriend Kim Kardashian posted her support for the new project on her Instagram account. “#Yeezus #RedYeezy’s #SNL #Tonight #NewSlaves #YeezySeason #Donda #June18,” she wrote.
Take a look at his ‘SNL’ performances above, then let us know if you think Ye is jumping off the deep end.
