The En Vogue legal drama is finally over! After a major battle in court, only two of the original four members can still call themselves “En Vogue”. In case you missed it,band member Maxine Jones left the band and went on a Twitter rant claiming Terry Ellis and Cindy Herron forced her to leave, and are now suing her for $$$!

According to TMZ, Cindy Herron and Terry Ellis have won permission to continue touring as En Vogue after taking legal action against another pair of former members, Maxine Jones and Dawn Robinson, alleging they do not have the right to perform using the moniker.

The singers have won control of the name, but the judge ruled they did not qualify for any financial compensation.
