He’s one of the fastest-growing media moguls of our time, and now Ryan Seacrest is adding another major project to his list of accomplishments – the launch of his very own cable network.
The 36-year-old “American Idol” host has teamed up with Mark Cuban, Creative Artists Agency and concert promoter AEG to transform Cuban’s HDNet into AXS TV.
Under creative production for over three years, the birth of Seacrest’s vision will offer viewers a behind-the-scenes look at award shows, red carpet events and music gigs.
Of his new venture, Ryan told press, “We’ve been diligently working with our partners AEG and CAA to strategize and explore how we could deliver quality live entertainment and lifestyle programming to a large audience.”
“HDNet is the perfect partner to help us translate our vision into a reality, giving us an instant reach into 35 million homes when we rebrand the channel and launch AXS TV,” he added.
