A Wyandotte church said it wants to make sure people are aware of its free lunch program funded by the federal and state governments.

Staff at First Presbyterian Church of Wyandotte said the program serves children under 18 years old. The food is prepared and taken to ten sites around the Downriver community by the Lincoln Park Public School Food Service, church staff said.

Lunch will be served June 20 through Aug. 4 Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Wyandotte at 2250 Oak Street, church staff said.
