Sunday’s game against Cleveland will be blacked out on local television because the Detroit Lions did not sell out by today’s 1 p.m. deadline. The Lions had more than 7,000 tickets remaining as of Wednesday afternoon, but they declined to give a number today.

Eight of the Lions’ last 11 home games have been blacked out. Tickets remain for the Thanksgiving Day game against Green Bay, but the Lions have not released a figure.
