Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy and Sheriff Warren Evans are expected to charge another person this afternoon with the involvement in a blaze that killed Detroit firefighterWalt Harris.
The pair are expected to make an announcement at 1:30 p.m. at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice, Assistant Prosecutor Maria Miller said this morning.
Darian Dove, 40, of Detroit has already been charged with arson resulting in homicide in the Nov. 15, 2008 fire that killed Harris.
The roof of the blazing vacant home at Kirby and Sheridan collapsed on the father of six from Sterling Heights. Harris spent most of his career at Rescue Squad 3 and Engine Co. 23 on East Grand Boulevard.
