After receiving a tip from a heroin user who allegedly shared dealers with the “Hunger Games” actor, police raided a Manhattan apartment and found approximately 350 glassine envelopes filled with heroin, according to police sources.

According to the NY Post, “two men in the 50s, one woman in her 20s, and another man in his 20s were under arrest and being questioned.”

As previously reported by NewsOne, the actor was found by a police officer with needle in his arm.

Hoffman publicly struggled with drug abuse over the last decade, entering rehab as recently as May of last year after going on a heroin binge. He credited  ”a great group of friends and family” with saving his life.

“It was all that (drugs and alcohol), yeah. It was anything I could get my hands on…I liked it all,”  he told “60 Minutes” in an interview.

Hoffman is survived by three children with his partner, Mimi O’Donnell.
