(WJBK) — One lucky winner could buy a whole lot of turkeys after Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing

The jackpot is worth an estimated $250 million, according to the multi-state lottery game’s web site.
The largest Powerball Jackpot ever won was in February of 2006 at $365 million. It was won by one person in Nebraska. In August, Lapeer, Mich. resident Donald Lawson won $337 million.
The standard Powerball wager is $2. The odds of winning the jackpot is estimated at 1 in 175 million.
