According to various reports, Brown was arrested early this morning for a DUI for the second time this year.

Brown was pulled over by the police at approximately 1 a.m. this morning after police noticed the car being driven erratically.
He was arrested for suspicion of DUI after failing a field sobriety test.
Brown has not released a statement on the report.
