The Kimberly Group LLC is a unique employment resource specializing in matching qualified job seekers with employers who often miss each other because of digital and electronic barriers in the job search process. We recruit on behalf of employers who become frustrated with the limited selection of candidates as a result of online applications screening great candidates out. And we educate, train, coach, match, mentor the job seeker to help them understand how to navigate through the digital process that typically screens them out because of a word, phrase or often lack of words and phrases.
From the online application to the electronic assessment, the entire process is digital and foreign to many seasoned workers who are re-entering the job search market due to lay offs and downsizing and confusing for inexperienced job seekers who are entering the work force for the first time and don’t understand this game.
We establish relationships with the employer so that we can identify within the job seeker those qualities that they employer seeks for that does not reflect on an online application or an electronically incompatible resume. After working with job seekers, we bring the job seekers and employers together and mentor the job seeker throughout the entire process while advocating on their behalf to the employers to make sure that the employer is aware of all of the qualities of the candidate.
We have pre-hire meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am for those interested in the service. It is a Fee based service because of the amount of coaching and personal development involved but it is very different and far more effective than many of the free services out. However, we do have resources for those who are unable to afford the service and work hard to see to it that everyone is given the same opportunity and support to get a job.
