After months of denying a divorce, Hollywood powerhouse couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, his bride of 13-years, could be calling it quits.

Throughout the summer of 2011 news of the couple splitting was fodder for tabloids. The noise got so loud until the powerhouse couple issued statements that their marriage was intact. The couples young son, Jaden, even tweeted that his parents were not divorcing. Things seemed to have quieted down after the statements, but the New Year brought on the latest news. Neither Smith or Pinkett have responded.

According to published reports, Pinkett has retained high-price celebrity attorney, Laura Wasser, to stand in her corner.

Wasser has represented such clients as Maria Shriver, Angelia Jolie, Christina Aguliera, Maria Carey, Vanessa Bryant, Kim Kardashian, Ryan Reynolds and Britney Spears to name a few.

No word on who the Man in Black star, Will Smith, will retain to represent him.
