The Detroit Police Department is looking for volunteers to help find missing two-year-old Bianca Jones.

Volunteers are asked to meet daily at 10:00 a.m. at the Metropolitan United Methodist Church, located at 8000 Woodward Avenue.

Citizens are required to sign up every day at the volunteer site before proceeding out to patrol in the community.

If anyone should have any questions or concerns, please call the office of Police Community Services at (313) 596-2520 , Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

DPD along with State Police and the FBI are working together to try and solve this case.

Little Bianca went missing Friday morning. Her father says she was taken when he was carjacked at gunpoint. D’Andre Lane’s Grand Marquis was found a short time later, its engine running but there was no sign of Bianca.

Lane’s story about what happened is being scrutinized by police.
