    A change in a regulatory fee is giving Verizon customers who are unhappy with the service a chance to pull the plug.
    Experts say there’s a 60-day window starting July 1.
    All you have to do is call Verizon and tell the company you don’t agree with the change.
    We’re told it’s a way to cancel without coughing up an early termination fee. Otherwise, continuing to use the service means you automatically agree with the change.
