    Recent incidents and arrests in Fredericksburg:

    BURGLARY:

    The Insurance Guys, 503 Sophia St, 1/3 – 1/04 9:00 am. An employee reported that he found the door lock and jamb damaged and an item of clothing stolen from an office. The investigation is ongoing.

    UNLAWFUL ENTRY:

    300 block Virginia Ave, 12/15 – 1/04 11:00 am. A contractor reported that the locks were broken on an exterior and an interior door of the unoccupied and unfurnished dwelling, and there were indications inside that a person or persons had been living there. The investigation is ongoing.

    LARCENY:

    Creative Image Hair Studio, 2215 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 1/04 2:45 pm. The business owner reported that a customer left the store without paying for the services provided. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

    VANDALISM:

    Gordon Cemetery, 1400 Washington Ave, 12/26 – 1/04 11:20 am. A City employee reported that two gravestones were damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

    400 block Gates St, 1/5 1:55 am. A resident reported that a female subject threw a brick through the rear windshield of his girlfriend’s vehicle. No known suspects at this time.

    DUI ARRESTS:

    Hector Hernandez, 50, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 1600 block of Princess Anne St.

    ARRESTS:

    Kenneth Smith, 54, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

    Paul Osborne, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony domestic assault and battery.

    Tajuddin Shabazz, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested for aggravated sexual battery against a juvenile
