Robin Downes' Yoga FlavaOur hips tend to be extremely tight. Most people spend much of their day sitting which renders their hips joints immobile and reduces their agility. Also, everyday activities like walking and common sports such as cycling and running involve hip strength but not hip flexibility. Most of us lead very busy lives and this leads to stress. This stress in turn creates tension in our bodies and often results in further locking up our already tight hip sockets.

Join certified Yoga instructor Robin Downes as she takes you on a Sensual Healing Journey with the 3rd installment to the Elev8.com series entitled “Hip Opener”.  The Hips hold emotion, these gentle movements help to release the tension and open up the mobility of the hips. The practice of yoga postures, begins with a healthy and relaxed body, tuning its capacity to withstand powerful sensual experiences.
