Verizon Wireless says it is adding as many as 30 sales representatives to select stores in Metro Detroit. The wireless carrier is also hiring 35 sales representatives throughout the rest of Michigan, with a strong focus on hiring people who are bilingual.
Job responsibilities would include assisting customers in their selection of new wireless devices and rate plans to fit their needs, demonstrating wireless devices and other equipment, answering questions about network capabilities, working to renew wireless plan contracts and maintaining and fostering customer relationships.
