Head of the department’s Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Margo Schlanger is meeting with dozens of community leaders at the Lebanese-American Heritage Club in Dearborn to talk about racial profiling concerns. Also at the meeting- U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan Barbara McQuade and Imad Hamad, Michigan director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee. The meeting will be private.
